A scientific supplier performance evaluation system can not only faithfully show the daily business performance of suppliers,serving as a basis for manufacturers to formulate purchasing plans,but also can reflect problems existing in the two parties' cooperation.Consequently,manufacturers and suppliers can accordingly improve their strategic cooperation patterns as well as competitiveness as a cooperation alliance.This thesis aimed to design and implement an automobile spare part supplier performance evaluation system based on third-party platforms,whereby accurate performance evaluation could be made to facilitate long-term cooperation between manufacturers and suppliers and create win-win results for both parties.To begin with,an investigation into the actual business processes of spare part suppliers and manufacturers was made,and the manufacturers' demands for a supplier performance evaluation system analyzed.Then,based on the business processes and data analysis results,key indexes concerning supplier performance evaluation were summarized,following which,a performance evaluation index base from which manufacturers could flexibly choose evaluation indexes according to their actual situations was designed.Next,upon the analysis of the pros and cons of domestic and foreign evaluation models and their application characteristics,it was concluded that the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)could be an ideal tool for evaluation systems with multiple hierarchies.Thus,with the actual application scenarios of our expected system factored in,BA's function of searching the global optimal solution was implemented to solve the problem that the matrix would be repeatedly corrected and judged due to the over-consistency nature of AHP,a BA-AHP model was built to calculate the weight of the evaluation indexes.After that,the superiority of the BA-AHP model was verified through comparing with other similar algorithms.Subsequently,the objectives of the evaluation system were analyzed to base the demand analysis of the evaluation system.According to the demand analysis results,a system structure and database was constructed,and all the functional modules of the system like system configuration and questionnaires were implemented.At the same time,the BA-AHP model and entropy weight method were incorporated into the system.With the data collected from a third-party platform,performance evaluation was conducted and the results obtained under different conditions,with different algorithms and from different perspective could be presented to users in various forms.Last,test on the functions and performance of the system was completed to determine that it was reliable,stable and intact,and that its functions and its functions and performance could fulfill users' requirements.Relying on business platforms and data from manufacturers,the system was designed and implemented mainly to serve automobile manufacturers.With this system,they could choose evaluation indexes flexibly.In addition,there are a range of performance evaluation models in the system,making it widely applicable.What's more,analysis results of performance indexes could be presented in a simple,direct manner through different forms,helping users better understand the information contained in the data,and providing solid support for decision-makers.
