Liquid Crystal Display is one of the most promising high-tech industries in the twenty-first Century.Because of the defects of the traditional rubbing technology,the photo alignment technology came into being,and the research in recent years has made great progress.The principle is to irradiate the molecular orientation film by linear polarized ultraviolet light induced alignment film,polymer polymerization,heterogeneous or decomposition,by cleaning or heating processing,the formation of new molecular orientation,and thus force is generated between the liquid crystal molecular orientation.The decomposition type photo alignment is the most widely used in the industry.Materials,equipment research has been very mature out of China,but the domestic technology is gradually starting.The research on the technology of photodecomposition oriented technology is basically not seen in China.In this paper,the photodecomposition oriented technology has been systematically studied,including the material difference,the structure and characteristics of the device,and the comprehensive description of the process.A particular emphasis on the research based on the existing materials and equipment factory,through experimental design,production of different conditions of sample,through the optical instrument and environment simulator equipment,analysis of main factors influencing the quality and reliability of the FFS LCD panel,according to the main factors to optimize the technological conditions,improve product quality and reliability.The main research directions of this paper include the influence of exposure uniformity on Mura,and the relationship between contrast ratio,exposure angle and light volume.The influence of different sealing glue on the quality of display under extreme environmental conditions is analyzed,and the mechanism analysis is made.The homogeneity of the light source can be compensated by optical technology,and the uniformity is within 5%,and the production of Mura can be eliminated.There is a positive correlation between the contrast and the extinction ratio in the range of extinction ratio in the range of 30:150:1.The contrast in the module state is about 2%higher than the contrast of Cell.The metal polarizer generally controls the extinction ratio above 50:1,and the higher extinction ratio of the detector is better.The exposure angle has a standard tolerance with a central value of 0.2 degrees,and the machine platform has 0.3 degrees of installation error,and the Gap machine has a measurement deviation of 0.4 degrees.There is a strong correlation between light volume and contrast.With the increase of time volume,the contrast shows a parabola trend.Negative liquid crystal can significantly improve the contrast of LCD panels.S-66-5 type of sealant,water absorption and moisture permeability,can effectively improve the peripheral Mura.The SO3 components in the sealing frame glue are introduced into the display area after water vapor,and form ionic aggregation,resulting in the Frame Mura.The use of SO3 and other related components should be avoided in the selection of sealant.
