An Integrally LED TV Picture Quality Automatic Adjustment System Design

An integrally LED TV picture quality automatic adjustment system has been designed through the research of TV industry and the market research of TV products.After researching all sorts of element related with picture quality, it seems there are three elements influent of picture quality seriously. These three elements are LCD panel, back light and TV control board. Integrally LED TV picture quality automatic adjustment system is designed base on these three elements.It is necessary to research the character of LCD panel and design LED back light base on the character of panel. So the character of LED module, which comprise of panel and LED back light, is propitious to the whole automatic adjustment system. The key points of system design as bellow:Firstly, after intensive study the character of panel, LED back light and TV control board, it seems it is necessary to design the whole automatic adjustment system refer to the whole character of three elements. Secondly, for designing the whole automatic adjustment, it is necessary to consider of the structure of LED TV and design system software of LED TV. The system software of TV control the whole function of LED TV and service for the whole adjustment system. Thirdly, an automatic adjustment software also have been designed for the whole adjustment system. The software realize the control of signal generator, color analysis equipment and LED TV. And the adjustment software finish the whole loop of picture quality automatically. It change the signal source, read the parameter from color analysis equipment and adjust white balance of LED TV automatically.Through the realization of integrally LED TV picture quality automatic adjustment system, it can research sorts of technical such as panel character, LED back light tech, picture quality, chip application, serial communication and so on. And finally achieve the purpose of improving picture quality of LED TV, improving the production efficiency through automation, and bring huge economic benefits at the same time.
