With the continuous development of science and technology,intelligent products have emerged in recent years.Photo Booths were born so as to meet the needs of society and the development of the times.For its convenience,simple operation,and other advantages,Photo Booths will become popular in the country.At present,there are many shortcomings of congener products at home and abroad:the complex design of camera system,high cost,lack of three-dimensional characters,messy eyes light,and poor user experience.In order to solve the problem of the light distribution system,based on the in-depth research and combined with the traditional studio light distribution method,this research uses the single-lamp lateral light and the crocodile light distribution method to arrange the light field after comparing a large number of light distribution schemes.In this paper,the TracePro optical simulation software was used to simulate the lighting system and the 3D modeling software was used to construct the character model.Based on the simulation results,the design parameters were optimized.This system can be able to take photos to meet the requirements of certificate in the condition of a human model in the limited space and in the given uniform light field.On the basis of simulation,a set of Mini Photo Booth is constructed.Besides,the corresponding light source driving circuit and photographic control system are adapted to form a complete set of Photo Booth.In order to objectively evaluate the quality of identification photos,this paper makes the actual shooting in the newly designed studio and puts forward a method based on the distribution of human face illumination value,which can be used to determine qualified photos passing through the immigration photo checking system.This method can be also used to verify the validity of the newly designed light distribution system and the evaluation of photo quality.
