In today's cloud computing management platform,the management of cloud services needs to consider three main issues,including price,service performance and resource utilization.Service providers usually want to guarantee the QoS(Quality of Service)while maximizing profits and improving resource utilization.It is difficult to achieve these goals because they are often in a mutually restrictive relationship.High er resource utilization often results in lower quality of service,and high-priced services often result in underutilized resources.In addition,due to the heterogeneity of resources and the expansion of the data center,the management of cloud services is becoming more and more challenging.So how to manage cloud services while taking into account the quality of service and resource utilization? The guarantee of cloud service quality is inseparable from the Service Level Agreement(SLA).The SLA in the cloud computing environment faces new challenges due to its unpredictability,high violation rate and difficult for monitoring and management.In view of the above problems,this thesis,refering to the open source cloud platform design plan,with the goal of service quality and service management,based on VMware vRealize Suite cloud platform,researches and implements a SLA-Oriented cloud service Lifecycle Management System.This thesis firstly studies the components of the vRealize Suite cloud platform.Through the comparison and study of the composition of the general cloud management platform,the shortcomings of the vRealize cloud platform in the cloud service management are analyzed.Based on the API provided by vRealize Automation,the cloud service management platform is rebuilt.Secondly,for the personalized service management of cloud platform services,the service lifecycle of the cloud platform is divided,and the various stages of the lifecycle are analyzed and defined.In addition,for the issue of service quality assurance,the definition,content,service quality assurance process,and evaluation parameters of the C loud Service Level Agreement(SLA)were studied.SLA-based metrics and monitoring models are designed,and a SLA-violation algorithm and SLA-Oriented adaptive resource scheduling are proposed.Finally,the business requirements of cloud service lifecycle management are analyzed.Based on the Restful API provided by vRealize Automation,a cloud service lifecycle management system for SLA is designed and implemented.Through the research on the management and monitoring of C loud Service Level Agreements(SLAs),the SLA management monitoring strategy was introduced,which was connected in series with the resource monitoring and scheduling ma nagement of cloud services to implement adaptive resource scheduling and improve resource utilization.It enables users to obtain better service quality assurance while using the cloud service,which enables the cloud service administrator and user to interact more efficiently,making full use of the resources and taking into account the service quality.Finally,this study can also be extended to other types of cloud service platforms with good scalability.
