With the rapid development of the Internet, the storage of personal computer cannot meet the requirements of accurate calculation of the large-scale data. The emergence of cloud computing has effectively solve this problem, not only improved the performance of system and significantly reduced large costs and improved efficiency, but also improved the availability of the service range. Therefore, some enterprises who have lots of idle resources (such as Amazon AWS, Amazon Web Services) began to consider renting the surplus resources to a third party, and they also considered establishing a common platform for multi-users. After that, much more companies have chosen to migrate to the cloud platform. The interaction between cloud service providers and users often need a cloud SLA.Based on the literature review and some cloud computing specification of relevant organizations, the Cloud SLA lifecycle management method is proposed in this paper. The content of this method is as follows:1) Set up the cloud SLA standard template (for the provider to design SLA for the first time);2)Negotiate with each other until they agree to a specific SLA;3) Monitor the cloud services and service level agreement;4) Evaluate the implementation of the cloud SLA;5)The cloud services exit and cloud SLA improved. In addition, the SLA parameters system contains the fixed parameter and variable ones. Considering the different types of services (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), the parameters are often different. Therefore, this paper presents four types of common SLA parameters. Finally, the author visited the Kingdee company and conducted an in-depth research on the Amazon website. By comparing the cloud SLAs of these two companies, the SLA life-cycle approach is verified. At the end of the paper, the development of cloud service and SLA at home and abroad are summarized.
