Industrial wireless technology is a wireless communication technology which is used in industrial field.It has characteristics of high reliability in data transmission,low power consumption and strong ability of anti-interference,and it is a research hotspot in the field of industrial Internet of Things.In order to promote the further development of industrial wireless technology,China has developed WIA-PA(Wireless Networks for Industrial Automation-Process Automation)standards.However,there is fewer WIA-PA products in current market,and the corresponding WIA-PA protocol stack function is also imperfect,which restricts the further promotion of WIA-PA standard and WIA-PA solutions.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the design and implementation for industrial wireless WIA-PA protocol stack.Based on the existing WIA-PA protocol stack in our laboratory,this thesis optimizes the design and implementation of cluster head redundancy function,link scheduling function,low power consumption and interference identification method.The main works of this thesis include:1.Based on the analysis of the industrial wireless WIA-PA protocol stack which is independently developed by the laboratory,this thesis focuses on the key technologies of redundant cluster head,link scheduling,low power consumption and anti-interference.2.For the abnormal phenomenon of network operation caused by the malfunction of cluster head,the Keep-alive command frame format and the redundant cluster head workflow are designed to realize the cluster head redundancy function.For the requirements of link scheduling,the scheduling structure is designed,which achieves the link scheduling function by scheduling queue,scheduling table mapping layer and scheduling table register.To satisfy the need of long-term stable operation of WIA-PA nodes,the low power consumption is achieved with the use of combined dormant way for master chip and RF chip.3.For the problem of WIA-PA communication influenced by WLAN and MFA,an interference identification method for WIA-PA networks is proposed.The bit error density of the damaged packet is calculated by RS coding and decoding,and the type of interference is identified according to the bit error density.4.The test system is set up to test and verify the cluster head redundancy function,the link scheduling function,the low power consumption and the interference identification method designed in this thesis,and the test results are also analyzed.The test results show that the optimized design of the WIA-PA protocol stack provides cluster head redundancy function.If the cluster head fails,redundant cluster head will immediately replace the first work to ensure the normal operation of the network.Through the designed link scheduling of protocol stack,the limited communication resources are reasonably allocated,and the conflict of data transmission is avoided.The optimized protocol stack supports the function of low-power consumption,which can effectively extend the node's life cycle and network life.Meanwhile,an interference identification method for WIA-PA networks is designed and realized in the protocol stack,which can clearly indicate the interference causes that affect the normal communication among devices.The research of this thesis has certain significance to promote the developments of WIA-PA protocol stack software and WIA-PA industrial equipment.
