Throughing the wireless connection of field devices by industrial wireless technology,which provides industrial production with low-cost and high flexibility information environment.Along with the deep research on wireless communication technology,wireless communication standards for different application scenarios gradually appear.Recently IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force Internet)working group developed 6TiSCH(IPv6 over the TSCH mode of IEEE 802.15.4e)standard which integrates link reliability supported by TSCH(Timeslotted Channel Hopping)access model in IEEE 802.15.4e and carrying capacity supported by IPv6 technology,and it well meet the requirements of reliability and low power consumption in industrial wireless communication.To make further progress,the 6TiSCH solution requires protocol stack software for application supporting.Meanwhile,high-performance radio chips emerge continuously to meet the demand of reliability and determinacy in wireless communication,the CY2420 chip embeds time critical function into hardware and can effectively enhance the performance of data transmission in wireless link,so it is necessary to combine CY2420 and wireless communication standards.This thesis designs and develops industrial wireless 6TiSCH protocol stack,and specially researches the operation sublayer in 6TiSCH standard and the TSCH access of IEEE 802.15.4e standard.The main work of this thesis as follows:1.Based on the analysis of 6TiSCH standard,the research on 6TiSCH operation sublayer,IEEE 802.15.4 TSCH access model and other relevant key technologies are conducted;2.An overall design and layered implementation are presented in this thesis,the attention is focused on implementing functional entity for TSCH scheduling,data service,scheduling management and network management realized with state machine mechanism;3.According to the characteristics of IEEE 802.15.4e TSCH,a TSCH solution based on CY2420 is proposed to build time-slotted data link layer for 6TiSCH protocol stack,time synchronization,channel hopping and other time slotted functions can be achieved via managing the resources of CY2420.4.A test platform is constructed to verify the functions of the proposed 6TiSCH protocol stack for industrial wireless,and the test results are analyzed in detail.The test results indicate that the developed 6TiSCH protocol stack supports the fundamental functions of 6TiSCH operation sublayer,such as time slot scheduling management,data services,network management function,etc.,and effectively improves the reliability of communications link.Meanwhile,realizing the support of the access model of TSCH in CY2420 chips,hence the developed 6TiSCH protocol stack supports wireless link communicate reliably under high accuracy time synchronization and low software complexity.The research results can be used as a reference for promoting the practical deployment of 6TiSCH network in industrial wireless communication.
