With the development of display technology,various large-screen terminals are more and more widely used in our lives,while the WIMP interactive that use traditional mouse requires two-dimensional plane as a carrier and gives the user a bad interaction experience when the user want to be able to freely move in the three-dimensional space to interact with these terminals.This paper analyzes the research status of air mouse technology,analyzes and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of various implementations.The air mouse that use MEMS inertial sensors has the advantage that the hardware cast is low,the application environment requirements is not high and the user experience is good,but once the hardware is designed and manufactured it is difficult to be expand,and the function single.Portable intelligent terminal is very popular and the hardware is powerful,what's more it equips with intelligent system that easy to expand.This paper uses the portable intelligent terminal that has MEMS three-axis gyroscope,accelerometer and magnetometer,touch screen as a client,analyzes the user's habit and designs an air mouse system.Low precision MEMS gyroscope is limited in accuracy,it will have a larger cumulative error when it works long time.In this paper,the output data of MEMS gyroscope are sampled and analyzed.This paper summarizes the existing MEMS gyroscope error processing methods,and analyzes principle,its advantages and disadvantages of several MEMS gyroscope error processing algorithms: Kalman filter,Complementary Filter,Heuristic Drift Reduction.Analysis of the characteristics of the air mouse system and come up with an improved algorithm,the algorithm sets a threshold to determine the attitude change of the carrier.When the attitude change is less than the threshold,it is determined that the carrier is at rest,calculate the difference between the output of the gyroscope and the output of the accelerometer and the magnetometer,regard the difference as the gyroscope error and update the compensation parameters of the Heuristic Drift Reduction,compensation the gyroscope error.And use the gyroscope data with filtering error to perform the Complementary Filter.Then design dynamic experiment and static experiment to verify the effect of the algorithm according to the practical application characteristics.Experimental results and data analysis show that the improved algorithm effectively reduces the drift of the MEMS gyroscope and improves the stability of the air mouse system.This paper analyzes the users interactive behavior of the traditional mouse,defines the interactive operation of users,designs the user interaction event flow,and designs the interactive mapping according to the interaction habit of the user through the texture mapping method.Finally,an air mouse system is implemented use an intelligent devices that equipped with Android system as client and a personal computer as server.Test results show that the air mouse system is easy to use and the pointer positioning is accurate.
