With the improvement of hardware performance and the popularity of smart-device operating system,mobile broadband technologies are widely used around the world.The popularity of mobile terminals brings us more and more convenience,but it also causes more and more information security problems.In certain particular occasions,especially in secret-related areas,there is a need to control the terminals within these areas.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the management and control technology for specific scenes.In this thesis,a WCDMA terminal management and control system based on signaling procedure is designed for WCDMA system.The management and control system can absorb user terminals by utilizing fake base station,and it can acquire the identity of terminals and implement diverse control methods depending on variant control needs.Firstly,this thesis makes systematical analysis and demonstration on the management and control scheme based on signaling procedure.The main content includes:(1)the feasibility of acquiring the terminal identity;(2)the feasibility of the induce scheme based on fake base station;(3)the feasibility of the management and control based on location updating mechanism;(4)the comparison between passive and active schemes of acquiring target identity.According to the analysis and demonstration above,a management and control scheme which sets TMSI as target identity and aims at targeted subscribers is designed,and this scheme which satisfies the requirements of management and control system is based on signaling procedure.Secondly,this thesis studies and designs the baseband algorithm of the terminal management and control system.Depending on the requirements of the system,the baseband algorithm are separated into 3 parts:(1)system information acquiring;(2)extraction of terminal identity information;(3)signaling coding procedure.According to the features of time slot synchronization,a fast time slot synchronization method is designed.This method determines the start position of time slot by the fast correlation with over-lapping reservation.The method reduces storage space and improves the efficiency of algorithm implementation.Thirdly,this thesis demonstrates the baseband DSP design and configuration:(1)the resource of interface and memory of TMS320C6455 are analyzed;(2)Combining with hardware architecture,the DSP implementation of baseband algorithms is designed;(3)The data transfer methods are designed,in which a single EDMA channel with five loop buffers is used.(4)The interactive mode of control commands is designed and that between DSP and upper computer is particularly provided;(5)Channel decoding by VCP2 is analyzed and configured.Finally,this thesis tests the system baseband algorithm,induce signal sending and uplink receiving path.The results of the tests indicate that the design of baseband algorithm and DSP framework is able to realize the uplink and downlink receiving and decoding of WCDMA signals,and it satisfies the requirements of WCDMA mobile terminals management and control based on signaling procedure.
