With the development of the Internet of Things, RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) technology has been further developed, especially the UHF RFID technology based on the EPC C1G2 protocol. It has been studied and researched widely for its high reading speed, long reading distance and good anti-collision performance. Both the baseband for RFID reader based on EPC C1G2 protocol and embedded terminal for RFID control system are designed and realized in this thesis.C8051F120 MCU(Micro Control Unit) is chosen as the hardware platform for the baseband processing, keil uVision2 and C language are used as the software development platform. Coding and decoding module, CRC checking module, and multi-tag reading controller module and serial communication module are designed. For the embedded terminal control part, linux 2.6 and ARM9 are used as software and hardware system. Terminal control system is developed on the Qtopia platform. Basic operation including EPC and TID reading, multiple tag reading, user data writing and so on are showed on the QT graphical interface. The operation of tag can be conducted off the PC. In addition, Terminal is equipped with a wired LAN and wireless network card, users can easily transmit data to the server realizing the remote interaction between the terminal and server. Finally, detailed test is carried out for the system, including the waveform test, baseband part testing and system integration testing. From the bottom to the intermediate layer to application layer, have been tested, function specified by the EPC C1G2 protocol is basically completed.
