Library has been playing an important role in the cause of higher education.The quality of the library service is directly affected.The library has always been an important place in the cause of higher education.The quality of the library service directly affects the overall level of running a school,whether the information resources of the library are sufficient,the role of the library in helping the students to self-study ability,the quality of the library's service quality,The future development will have an important impact.It can be seen that the research and improvement of the service quality of Dalian Foreign Language Library has a profound impact on promoting the development of higher education in our country and promoting the promotion of social economy and culture.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analysis of the general situation and present situation of the library service in Dalian foreign language university.The necessity of improving the service quality of the library is explained from the aspects of service content,service organization,service system and so on.(2)Investigation and analysis of the service quality of the library of Dalian foreign language university.Based on the field visits and WeChat interview of Dalian foreign language university library,it reveals the library service level of Dalian Foreign Languages University,finds out the insufficiency of its services,and puts forward the reasons behind it.Because the new staff found the concept of service innovation,the lack of people-oriented no training and professional quality allocation mechanism is not perfect lack of incentive atmosphere,software and hardware,which leads to the backward service concept and reader demand,the lack of professional background knowledge and professional quality,working enthusiasm is not high the service consciousness is poor,lack of information resources and hardware facilities etc..(3)Put forward the reshaping of people-oriented innovative service consciousness,improve the quality of librarians,strengthen business training,establish and improve the incentive mechanism,make use of the target management system to assess,combine the particularity of colleges and universities,and improve the library's environmental facilities.The library is carrying the heavy responsibility of cultural inheritance,its status will continue to improve,and its attention will also be higher and higher.In the precipitation of human history,we need the library's cultural heritage.If you do not speed up the upgrading of service quality of the library,the university library will go into a vicious spiral.
