Design And Implementation Of R&D Management Information System Based On Struts And Hibernate Framework

At present, more and more enterprises build web-based enterprise information management system through Internet, thereby rationalize workflow and strengthen ties with customers and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. In this paper, such issues as research emphasis, concrete realize a suitable business use of the Research and Development management information system. Research and Development Management Information System is an effective theoretical tool which helps to combining project and business strategy. System provides a global-oriented view for the whole program, project and resource of the enterprise. The key of Research and Development management system is to allow project managers and executive staff in close cooperation and can guarantee a close collaboration between multiple projects and use resources full.First of all, this paper describes the Struts framework, Hibernate framework and object persistence technology and other related technical points, and then summarize and sum up the development of management information systems. Then, this paper gives the function of the system design and related modules of the detailed design. In this paper, the system give the overall module structure diagram and depicting the four sub-modules. These modules have their own respective functions, and transmit parameters through the interface, and the coupling is low. In the overall design time, enables the creation of the background and design of Oracle databases.In this paper, the work management module as example, from project management, plan management and task management three areas, showing the functional design of the work management. And then describe the main functional modules of the use case diagram and the main treatment process. Finally, the realization of the system has been tested and results show, and on this basis, summarizes the research achievements, along with a research and development management information system can further enhance the place. Design and implementation based on the research and development of management information system. Finally, based on detailed software testing, the research results and some aspects that could be further improved were summed up.This paper describes the research and development of management information system has been implemented and employees as the core platform for the management of their daily work.
