Research On Education Evaluation And Decision Based On Statistical Data

Education data research plays an increasingly important role in exploration of education development law under driven by big data technology.Excavating and analyzing education data can reveal in-depth the track of the education development and the hidden information and expose the problems existing in the education process then provides education decision support for educational management departments ultimately.Based on education decision,this paper establishes the big data models for basic education evaluation and resources equalization.The main research contents are as follows:1.Through analyzing the number of teachers,school building area,auxiliary area,gym area,the number of books,the number of computers and education equipment assets,establishing a basic education assessment model based on Library for Support Vector Machines,to evaluate the basic education organization and provide services for basic education assessment.2.Establishing a basic prediction model based on Least Squares Support Vector Machine algorithm through analyzing the basic education data to predict the tendency of the change of education data to provide services for making education decision.3.Through analyzing the allocation of basic education resources in each region,establishing an education resources allocation model based on Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm for allocating education resources to service for education decision so as to improve the current imbalance in basic education resources allocation.4.Establishing a data visualization model to show the relationship of the basic education data through analyzing the basic education data,and showing each model's output data to make a visual analysis.Based on the actual statistical data of a city's basic education,the paper verifies each model above and the results show that the basic education data assessment model has important reference role for the evaluation of education institutions,the basic education data prediction model can predict future education accurately with low relative deviation below 0.5%,the education resources allocation model can allocate education resources scientifically and reasonably to improve the imbalance about education resources.The models and methods established in this paper have been applied in a city's Education Decision Support system,which is affirmed by users,and the research results have a greed reference for making education decision.
