The Application Research Of Data Mining Technology On The Education Cloud Platform

In recent years，the government pay much attention to the educationinformatization and support it strongly. At present, many provinces and cities arebuilding the public service platforms of educational resources which is callededucation Cloud platforms. It was the platform that combine Cloud computingtechnology which is the hottest in current IT field with education industry,it willgreatly accelerate the pace of education informatization. This platform beestablished to help teachers to prepare the lessons and assign homework online,and help students to obtain learning resources and learning guidance. In this way,these platforms can also realize the interaction between teachers and students.The platform not only can stores massive resources about education but alsosaves lots of data when teachers and students study online.The content of thispaper is about the research on how to get valuable information from these massivedata resources to make up for the wake of the traditional education now. In orderto solve this problem, This research applies the Education Data Mini technology toonline learning, such as Association Rules, Neural Network and Decision Tree. Wecan get the high-frequency excises in the examination bank.Through the result ofanalysis the excises which have been completed to predict error prone questionsfor students,Finally,we can use Decision Tree to make the feasibility analysis ofthe online homework and the guiding role of teachers.According to the possible problems in applications,this paper applies themethod of improved BP algorithm and chooses the best model by running thealgorithm ten times. Then we can use the best neural network automatically topredict the testing data. If this model is applied to the online “assignment”which isan application on the education platform,we can judge the learning condition of every student by the most suitable model.Then the system can predict whether thestudent can get the correct answer or not when completing the High-frequencyexcises.According to the analytic results,the platform automatically recommendthe knowledge points which are suitable for students and some excises to practisetargetedly.
