Design And Implementation Of City Level Intelligent Education System Based On Big Data Analysis

There are 1034 primary and secondary schools in Dalian, 630 thousand students in school. After the early development, although educational informationization has reached a primary level on the base at the aspect of network environment and the hardware construction,the construction of educational informationization application platform which based on the city can’t afford the intelligent services supported by big data.This resulting in the difference and unbalance of current districts’(schools’)application platform constructions.The platform also can’t afford one stop online service to the teachers, students and parents, or realize the co-construction and sharing,which become the bottleneck of Dalian education informationization development.To this problem, Dalian municipal government proposed a wisdom education construction program matched with our city’s and provided the model of“teacher to teach” and “student to learn” based on big data with integrated solution.In this paper,we firstly studied and analysed the overall situation of the education informatization and the demands for the wisdom education platform in Dalian City.And the related technologies and implementation methods at home and abroad are also studied and analyzed.Finally,we summarized the research objectives of this project.Based on big data,this paper discussed the construction business 、process and functional demands of the intelligent platform construction.We alse introduced the platform design concept,functional structure,logical structure,network topology and security design,and the interface,database and core function module are introduced in detail.This paper introduced the process of the function and performance testing of the intelligence education platform in Dalian.After tests,the platform meets the design requirements.Finally,the paper introduced the implementation of intelligent platform in Dalian City,and further verified the design functions of the system.For the moment,in Da Lian,the Intelligence education platform has implemented construction tasks of the second phase.And we have basiclly realized the electronization of Dalian education of the existing administrative business process, the demand of resource application and personalized learning, which brings good application effects and social benefits.At the same time,it also improves the comprehensive ability of Dalian education information team and the overall level of the application for educational informatization in Dalian.Actually,there were also many problems during the construction and application of the platform.In the paper,we have analysed the problems in detail, plan to solve a nd improve these problems in the third phase of the construction tasks.
