With the first generation of baby boomer in China stepping into the age of the elder since 1950 s,there comes a crisis for providing for the aged and it may become a major problem for people's livelihood.To solve this problem,the real-time monitoring system for the elder comes into being based on the Internet of things and the development of intelligent terminals.The system is an application of the Internet of things.It collects the information from the sensors in the elder's house and analyzes the behavior of users such as taking showers,going to the bathroom,going to bed and so on.Moreover,it can help prevent the elder from being hurt in some accidents by setting smoke,water and gas sensors.The real-time monitoring system for the elder completes the whole process of data transmitting,parsing and processing and finally obtains the behavior data of users and the monitoring data of the environment.Users can check the real-time data through both web and mobile terminal and receive accident warning messages through Android terminal.In this way,the elder stay under monitoring and can receive protection as soon as possible.The research in this paper is based on a practical project.The first part of the article describes the design and implementation of the realtime data transmitting system for the elder.The data is based on the XMPP protocol and this part uses self-define XML stream for data transmitting.The distributed database HBase has been used to realize the efficient access to the sensor data.In the second part,the paper completes the design and implementation of the web terminal and Android terminal in a multi-tenant structure.The web terminal mainly consists of tenant management,user management,device management,user profile management,strategy management and user data management module.The author improves the MVP software framework,implements the functions and data isolation in multi-tenant mode and ensures the security of the whole system by access control module.For the Android terminal,it provides the charts of health index and behavior,affirming information and so on.The third part proposes an algorithm of Haffman-SVM based on data relationship.The algorithm builds a model of health index by considering the sensor data of all the users to evaluate a credible health index to be the standard value.
