This paper will adopt the technology of the Internet of Things to enhance the information construction of the cylinder regulators, for the relatively chaotic domestic cylinders management status and the lack of adaptability in majority of enterprise information systems.Firstly, adopt the RFID technology, attached the RFID tag to the cylinder handle rims above, by using of the interactive features of the RFID reader and tag information, to complete the cylinder data written to and read. Then, the solenoid valve controlled by microcomputer was designed, the label information will be sent to the microcontroller via the Zigbee module integrated to RFID reader, the microcontroller on the contents of the labels to judge, qualified to drive the solenoid valve to open the gas Road. This article focuses on the RFID reader which embedded WinCE operating system and application layer software development process. At the same time, the description of the smart valve circuit and software design was conduct. The gas cylinder management system based on RFID standardizes the operations in factory, improves cylinder management and improves working efficiency. At the same time, this system helps the factory to achieve the gas cylinders dynamic tracking and asset management. As a result, this Scheme eliminates the illegal phenomenon and thereby brings considerable economic and social benefits.
