With the fast development of Internet and digital technology,the reading and consuming habits of the readers are turning more and more digitalized and networked.Meanwhile,due to the information flooding and the change of R&D paradigm,the content demand from researchers is also turning more and more informationized,knowledge-driven and personalized.The science publishing of China is facing a difficult situation of print sale decrease,traditional production adaptation of fast changes of the market.For science publishing,the traditional book and journal publishing business cannot guarantee the sustainable development of an enterprise.The transformation and upgrading of the industry is extremely urgent.Science Press is a professional publishing house engaging in science book and journal publishing,with products of science monographs,textbooks and journals.It ranks the leading position in domestic science publishing market.At the same time,it is a pioneer in system reform and marketization,becoming one of the three state-owned culture,science and education publishing groups.With technology reform bring industry reform and tremendous market change,Science Press is facing both opportunities and challenges brought by the external environment change.How to fasten the fusion of traditional publishing and emerging technology,how to research and make strategies suiting its own digital transformation and development,and how to realize technology catch-up or step-over has become the priority project for Science Press to survive and develop sustainably in market competition.The thesis uses basic theory of enterprise strategy research as the main guiding line,combines closely the real situation of the enterprise in question,adopts some analysis methods and techniques in enterprise strategy research,analyzes the external strategic environment and internal strategic resources of Science Press,combines relevant theories of technology track and knowledge service,drafts key competition strategy,innovative commercial pattern,remodel operation flow,and proposes guarantee measures of strategy implementation.On this foundation,the author hopes this thesis can make some beneficial explorations for the transformation strategy planning of the science publishing industry in China.
