With the rapid development of the society,the number of bridges in China is more and more large,according to statistics,so far about more than 800,000 bridges in China,China has been from the bridge construction power into a large bridge management,Bridge has become a business card in China.In this situation,we have higher requirements for bridge management level,many bridges are facing aging,component defects,disease accumulation,at the same time patrol maintenance staff "high pay low" management level,inefficient management,China's relatively lagging bridge maintenance,heavy construction of the phenomenon of light conservation for a long time,These problems seriously hinder our current bridge management and maintenance requirements.With regard to the current tense situation,bridge management has been developed to scientific,intelligent and information data,and how to use scientific and efficient means to patrol and maintain,scientific management and safety evaluation of bridges is urgent.In order to facilitate the supervision and management of the bridge by the vast number of management units,to reduce the failure and deviation of the bridge structure management,rapid,data,scientific and intelligent standards of the bridge management assessment and decision-making,this paper using the micro-letter public platform mobile end,combined with the characteristics of bridge management system Using spring framework and database My SQL to design and develop the Arch bridge Patrol system,and on this basis to predict the technical status of the Arch bridge,which can predict the future technical status of bridges,ready to take precautionary measures in advance to ensure the safe operation of the bridge.Based on the comprehensive consideration of mobile internet technology,Highway Bridge technical Condition assessment rules,urban bridge maintenance technology,grey system theory forecasting method and system requirement,this paper studies and develops the inspection management system of arch bridge.This paper are as follows:(1)Mobile Internet technology Research and database design analysis.Based on the Eclipse development platform,using My SQL database and Java language to develop a B/s architecture of the Arch Bridge Patrol management system.Avoid the limitations of system development,so that the system can be extended.(2)Analysis of Arch bridge evaluation system in China.In order to reduce the subjectivity and experience of patrol inspection,taking into account the realization ofthe system,this paper chooses "Highway Bridge technical Condition evaluation standard" and "City Bridge maintenance criterion" to carry on the arch bridge technical condition evaluation.(3)Grey system theory to predict the technical condition of arch bridge.By using the grey system theory to predict the technical status of Arch bridge evaluation,fitting the actual and simulation,finally obtains the arch bridge technical condition forecast score.(4)Design and implementation of the function modules of the Arch bridge Patrol system.Analyze the system requirements,design and develop the function modules of the Arch Bridge Patrol system,the main functions of the system include: interface login,System user management,personal center management,user rights,arch Bridge technology Status evaluation,technology status Index forecast and micro-letter public platform query.and establish a system associated with the background database.
