main contents of this paper include:(1)the present situation of the development of mobile Internet and the future of people's life will be more and more rely on the trend of mobile terminals.Two ways of "mobile" and "Internet" are investigated in detail.The advantages and disadvantages of the main way of developing mobile phone application are analyzed in detail,and the application of lightweight mobile phone based on dynamic web is pointed out.(2)the relevant technologies for the use of lightweight mobile applications are introduced: CSS3,HTML5 and Java Script.(3)business process analysis,functional requirements analysis and non functional requirements analysis of the system,so as to split the system's business functions.From the technology to the overall design and modular TV station micro channel public platform contains anumber of functional modules,provides users with five main functional modules: user login and registration functions,online video features,query functions,interactive interactive features,entertainment functions and news release function.The function of online video and communication is the key point of this paper.Online video features provide users with various types of video services,interactive features provide a platform for interaction between users and users,and between users and TV stations.In short,the public platform for television
