Firstly,the problems existing in the basic process business of large warehouse management have been analyzed and expounded in this paper,the RFID technology is applied to warehouse management system,then the composition and characteristics of intelligent warehouse is introduced in details,and the composition and classification of radio frequency identification technology are introduced in details,and which types of radio frequency identification system are suitable for this warehouse management system is analyzed.According to the above analysis,the overall framework structure and network topology of warehousing management system are designed.The daily entry and exit of warehousing management and the business process of warehouse management are designed and optimized.The deployment scheme of electronic label and reader in warehouse is made,and the method of combining pallet label with shelf label is put forward.The structure of fixed reader and mobile reader is designed,and the radio frequency identification module AS3992,wireless communication module ESP8226 and central control module STM32F103 are used to realize the reader.Using the web development tool WampServer,under the B/S architecture,CSS3,HTML5 and JavaScript technologies are used to design and achieve the system management module,cargo management module,warehouse management module,query statistics module and customer management module of the management system.According to the characteristics of the system,the appropriate MySQL background database is selected,and the overall structure and specific table structure of the database are designed.The data format transmitted between the modules of the system is designed.Finally,the connection test between modules,the main business function test and web page performance test of the management system are carried out.
