With the development of national informatization and the reform of construction cost management,accelerating the construction of cost informatization has become the inevitable trend to realize the sustainable development in the field of engineering cost.As the core part of the engineering cost information,the engineering material price information is paid more and more attention by the engineering cost management departments.The engineering cost management organizations of each province and city have established the project cost information network to issue the information price of the engineering materials regularly,which is the reference basis for the valuation of each party of the engineering construction project.However,through the research,there is a serious deviation between the information price of engineering materials released by the government and the actual market price,which leads to the inaccuracy of engineering valuation and brings many problems and engineering disputes to the market management of construction projects.There are two main reasons for the deviation between the information price of engineering materials and the actual market price.The first reason is that the collection channel of engineering material price information is single and the amount of material price information collected is less,resulting in the low data availability.Secondly,because the processing method of material price data is backward,it can not analyze the basic data in depth,resulting in the low accuracy of the material information price.Therefore,in order to improve the information quality of engineering materials and close to the actual market price,it is necessary to study the sources of engineering material price information and data processing methods,and solve the problem of deviation between material information price and market actual price.Based on the above problems,the paper conducts the following research using literature review method,field investigation,standard deviation quantification,data mining and so on.Firstly,broaden the sources of engineering materials price information channels and establish standardized material database.This paper selects the engineering material price information source channel through the literature identification and practical application research.Then,this paper screens the available engineering material price information sources according to the requirement analysis,the principle of selecting information collection channel,the advantages and disadvantages of various sources.In addition,this paper establishes standardized product units of the same materials from different sources drawing lessons from attribute standardization method in commodity attribute management,and establishes a standardized SPU material database to provide a basis for subsequent data mining.Secondly,preprocess the target data and establish the prediction model of data mining.This paper selects the target data needed for data mining from the established SPU material database,which is preprocessed and transformed by using the standard deviation quantization method,obtaining high quality data that is suitable for data mining.Then,this paper constructs a exponential smoothing model and determines the key parameters in the model according to the trend of data changing.In order to get scientific and reasonable engineering material information,this paper judges the reasonableness of the output prediction value by using the method of quantitative analysis,putting forward the judgment path and the judgment criterion.To sum up,based on the theory of information resource management,this paper uses various research methods to widen the source channels of engineering material price information basically,put forward to the scientific data mining processing method and Specific algorithm,to provide theoretical and practical support for improving the accuracy of information price of engineering materials.
