Hunan Province is located in the subtropical zone and belong to Mid subtropical monsoon humid climate,it is an abundant supply of rainfall and illumination resources.Hunan has become one of the the most heavily areas affected by agrometeorological disasters due to the special geographical and climatic conditions.In this paper,according to the current agricultural meteorological disaster on the impact of agricultural production in Hunan,combined with the actual situation in Hunan production,then selected rice which the main grain crop as the research object,proposed the model of early warning,suitable for rice climate and rice yield prediction,and early warning method of meteorological disasters,Then developed the early warning system of rice agrometeorological information on the basis of the above models and method.In the early warning release system of rice agricultural weather information contain to day climatic suitability for rice,warning of agricultural meteorological disasters for rice,production forecast and early warning information release and other functions.The early warning function of day climatic suitability was used to predict the climatic suitability of rice for everyday in growing period,combining with three major agricultural meteorological factors,which affect the temperature,precipitation and sunshine hours of rice production in the actual situation of rice growth to express and evaluate the days climatic suitability of the rice.The function of agricultural meteorological disaster early warning uses early warning index of meteorological disaster which based on first order predicate logic and production rule to express meteorological disaster index of rice and deposit in database for system invoking.Yield prediction function adopt to yield forecasting model which studying the relationship between meteorological factors in the ten days and yield,to analyze the meteorological factors and meteorological factors to conclusion the model of yield by using the stepwise regression analysis method.Early warning release function can make voice calls and send text messages,which can help warning information spread,diffuse.By using this way can achieve the efficient transmission of early warning information to reduce disaster losses.The testing shows that the rice agrometeorological information early warning system has practical value which can realize the function of early warning of agrometeorological information in the process of rice growth.
