Rice is one of the major crops in the world, it also has a very important position in our country, rice blast is more harmful to rice, it occur frequently at home and abroad, if not timely to take measures to prevent it, it will reduce the yield of rice, even unharvestable. Rice blast caused by pyricularia grisea and rice pear fungal spore, it occur in the summer period. The spore generated due to long-term cloudy rain, flood irrigation, suitable climate, lack of light, and spread by wind and rain, in order to prevent the emergence and spread of rice blast, test environment and detect number of spores are effective means of preventing disease.With the development of prevent rice blast and electronic technology, spore capture instruments gradually produce, through spore capture instrument collect spores, we can know the number of spores and incidence of disease, in order to prevent rice blast. For the detection of spores, most of the time is collecting spores in the field and taking sample to laboratory for analysis, even this method detect the number of spores, but for a large agricultural country, a vast farmland involving multi region, this method is low efficiency, the strength of the study can’t meet the needs of the present.Based on the status quo, I participate in the design of warning system of rice blast, responsible for the hardware design, design of the spore catcher, rotary table, LED lamp and a lifting platform, the prophase work of spore count is completed, and design of environmental detection, using digital and analog sensors to detect the current environment. For the acquisition of rice blast spores, this article designs a spore catcher, the spores is adsorbed onto glass slides, STM32 send commands to control rotary table to below the camera, brightness of LED lamps and the lens height at a reasonable position, with camera to capture images, then sent image to PC for image processing, getting the number of spores. On the other hand, using STM32 acquire temperature, humidity, illumination, wind speed and wind, then analyze the rice blast disease probability, set up promoting disease index and early warning level model, and send data to the PC, to study the effect of environmental factors on the spores of rice blast, and continue to study of rice blast disease conditions. Through the design of the system, has realized the system control and the environmental information detection, then send out the warning information through the wireless transmission module.
