Although the current gas pipeline network management system has achieved data monitoring functions to some extent,the flexibility of the system is not strong,the degree of automation is not high,and the professional skills of maintenance personnel and maintenance costs are required to be high.Therefore,it is important ro realize the expended functions of the congiguration of the monitoring system and reduce the cost of using the system in the gas industry.The configuration expansion of the gas pipeline network data monitoring and control system can greatly improve the flexibility and applicability of the system,with good market application prospects and higer engineering practical value.The system includes three parts: RTU parameter configuration,on-site data acquisition and output,and HMI data monitoring.It integrates SCADA/HMI software development technology,data communication technology,network database technology,automation technology,data fusion technology,process quantity acquisition and monitoring technology.It is a scalable,cost-effective and flexible pipe network monitoring system suitable for various gas companies.Firstly,the realization of system extensibility is based on.NET platform,using C# language and C/S architecture to design RTU parameter configuration software and HMI system.,and then process data is stored on the basis of SQL Server2012 database platform,and data collection and transmission is realized by PLC programming through PLC.The main functions of the system include RTU I/O channel information parameter configuration,data acquisition and output,data real-time and historical display,process curve and process flow chart display,etc.;and for newly added sites,the RTU configuration software and related parameters of the HMI software can be configured to directly implement data collection and monitoring of the corresponding new sites.According to the engineering practice,the project carried out a detailed analysis of the functional requirements,and then completed the entire system design based on the actual experience of the project and the customer's use of the perspective.The finally implemented system basically meets the requirements,and can provide the basis for the on-site operation and version upgrade of subsequent software.The system finally realized basically meets the design requirements,and the scalable configuration of the gas industry monitoring system is realized.
