Currently,SCADA system has been widely applied in the field of transport of oil and gas at home and abroad.To ensure the long-term effective work of SCADA system,maintenance center have to collect various data of pumping stations regularly and repair them if there is a malfunction,and then aggregate all data by artificial fill,checksum and calculation.The system's maintenance statistics,spare parts and equipment is still mainly by manual,the repetitive calculations;check the heavy workload,severely reducing the efficiency of maintenance work.For this reason,design and implementation a Web-based maintenance business management system for pipeline SCADA.The Paper introduces the development and current situation of domestic and international pipeline SCADA systems,and then proposes the tasks and objectives of the Web-based pipeline SCADA maintenance business management system.The system uses the ASP.NET platform and ORACLE database,and uses B/S application architecture.Ultimately,realize the workstation management,scheduling center data management,spare parts management,equipment management,maintenance billing,basic data and rights management and other functions.Some characteristic functions were described in the paper,such as the realization of reports,the correlation method of time controls,the achieving of page pop-up window,multi-type queries,passing values by question mark and the like.In addition,the paper also introduced some implement of database objects in the systematic development.Now,the system has operated in the pipeline SCADA center for almost one year smoothly,effectively improve the pipeline SCADA system maintenance efficiency,provides flexible and robust functional service modules for management and leadership to grasp the implementation of the maintenance plan,workload assessments,spares reporting,costs as well as spares and equipment storage.It proved that the technique of this system can fully satisfy the demands of the research and development and achieve satisfying effect.
