| The Internet(English: Internet),also known as the Internet,or the transliteration of the Internet(Internet),the Internet,originated in the cold war of the late 1960 s.Nowadays,the Internet is deeply integrated into people’s work,life,learning and entertainment,and plays a decisive role in the fourth media.Sites such as Iqiyi,Youku,Tencent and other mainstream video,based on Internet technology resource sharing,beyond time and space,wide coverage,interactive and other features,change the passive viewing audience situation,further expands from the "audience" to "user" era.However,with the development of science and technology,a new media product,app(application,English is called application),has brought new changes to the content production and dissemination of video websites,and further expands the market influence for mainstream video websites.At the same time,the emergence and popularization of smart phones has opened a new realm for the development of the mainstream video website app.According to statistics,nearly three years,ranking among the Chinese app video,Iqiyi,Youku,Tencent,Sohu,a situation of tripartite confrontation,LETV Bili Bili,cohesion among the top ten users,with high activity,broad market influence the formation of the current China several main stream video site app.However,we should also see that the mainstream video website app has brought some new problems to users at the same time,but there are also some problems,such as long advertising time,homogenization and smooth running.Taking the "use and satisfaction" theory as the breakthrough point,this paper focuses on the Iqiyi,Tencent,Youku,Sohu,music mainstream video website app as the focus of research samples,using the form of questionnaire to study from the perspective of users.First,the author discusses the development and current situation of mainstream video website and the communication characteristics of app.Through this part,the author has a comprehensive understanding of the mainstream video website app.Secondly,a questionnaire survey of the users of the mainstream video website app is carried out,mainly from the user characteristics,the use motivation,the use frequency,the use location.Through the analysis and analysis of the results of the survey,we understand the overall usage information of the mainstream video website app users.At the same time,according to the "use and satisfaction" theory,the author divides the user’s needs in the use ofmainstream video website app into cognitive needs,emotional needs,social integration needs and individuals.Integration of needs and so on four aspects,and from thirteen dimensions,specifically analyzes the mainstream video website app user demand satisfaction.So,these two parts are the focus of this paper.Finally,according to the survey data of the questionnaire,from the perspective of the user,it provides the pertinent and rationalized opinions on the development of the mainstream video website app,and promotes the mainstream video website app to serve the users better and serve the society.Therefore,the research has some theoretical value and practical guiding significance. |
