In recent years,the global energy crisis is becoming more and more prominent Looking for a new alternative to traditional energy problem has become a common challenge facing humanity As a kind of clean energy,wind energy has many advantages It to improve China's energy structure is playing a more and more important role Many countries to increase the renewable energy development to the national strategic level,represented by wind and solar renewable energy is developing rapidly In recent years,wind power has developed rapidly in emerging markets In the national policy support and under the background of energy supply tension,especially Chinese wind power equipment manufacturing industry was rapid rise,has become a place of global wind power is the most active Fan has a complex structure and operation conditions,in order to reduce the maintenance cost,and how to use the fan condition monitoring diagnosis and early warning and big data quickly and efficiently has become a new topic.This paper analyzed current application of big data in the wind motor running status monitoring,and then introduces the basic structure and typical problem.And puts forward the data mining technology in the application of wind power generators,and build a generator based on SCADA system warning model results show that when the fan operation is normal,the generator temperature forecast and actual values differ little,generator temperature prediction model the results high accuracy;The effectiveness of the wind turbine fault early warning,mainly by the distribution of residual analysis to realize finally realized the phone APP software design and the function of the traditional web production cooperation,two monitoring can supplement each other,to achieve the purpose of running status everywhere.
