Gale is the major natural factors which affect the security and stability of solarpower station. It may cause the concentrator in solar power system severely deformed,collector mirror damaged or even the whole collapse destructively. To ensure thesafety, reliable and efficient operation of solar power station. This paper focuses onwind warning system projected research and in-depth analysis.By the domestic and foreign summary of relevant research, with the requirementsof the gale warning and possible characterize in wind farms. This paper puts forwardthat the main warning with time point, the supplement warning with prewarning value,warning strategy and combined with the existing solar double-shaft track drive system.Meanwhile aimed at Xiangdian Group25KW dual-axis tracking system of solar powerstation, it designed a control system for wind warning, carried out selection studiesand the relevant components of the electrical control system design andanalysis.Based on PMSM vector control strategies, build the gale warning systemcurrent loop, speed loop and position loop for three closed-loop feedback controlsystem speed servo loop and established the mathematical model. Simulationanalyzed the response of the entire system. And it discussed the changes in theequivalent moment of inertia, the impact of the equivalent damping ratio of the heightand angle of the angular velocity and angular acceleration.Contrastive analysis thetime series analysis, Kalman Filtering method and Neural Network for modelingprocess of wind speed prediction. It identified Kalman-time series method and RBFNeural Network algorithm combinational algorithm as prediction integrationalgorithm for wind warning system.Based on Kingview and MATLAB and developed the wind warning system.Carried out the PLC, wind forecasting program design, user login management andwind historical data applications interface design. Applied research the wind speedreal-time monitoring, alarm and wind forecasting and wind judgment stability in windwarning control system. Build a wind warning system test platform and conductedon-site commissioning. Tests showed that the wind warning system hardware andsoftware design is reasonable, wind speed prediction error is6.27%, the entire processtakes wind forecast40s, which can basically meet the gale warning requirements toachieve the protective effect of solar power plants.
