The scientific management and safety analysis of urban pipe network is a very important project in the urban construction,traditional methods to record the network data is a time-consuming and laborious work and cannot be effective safety analysis,so it cannot meet the development trend of the network scale.With the development of science and technology,computer science and geographic information science of combining technology came into being,namely GIS(Geographic Information System).Through the research on the safety of the urban pipe network,in order to complete the network security analysis,it is needed to design a safety system which can not only manage the data of the pipe network,but also analyze the safety of the pipeline network.In this paper,through to make full analysis of the demand for the urban pipe network safety system,according to the needs to make functional design,and to establish the overall framework of the system.System based on three layers structure,through the interaction C# and ArcGIS,using ArcGIS Engine secondary development component gallery to design and implementation the functional modules,the functional modules mainly including file management module,pipeline browsing module,pipeline editing module,pipeline query module,pipeline statistics module,pipeline analysis module and user management module.Through the perfect combined of Skechup software and ArcGIS Engine component to model the 3D pipe network,in order to realize the 3D visualization of pipe network.Through the urban pipeline network spatial topological relations analysis to research the algorithm of pipeline analysis module,including the horizontal and vertical section analysis,buffer analysis and pipe burst analysis.After research the angle bisector method and circular arc method,multiply line segment buffer merging method is proposed,after research the method based on undirected graph and flow of the tube explosion,based on directed graph method is proposed,those algorithms improve the security analysis performance of the system.The system is based on spatial topological relation of urban pipe network,combined with C# programming language and SQL Server database and ArcGIS Engine secondary development component gallery to complete the system design,may cause more scientific and efficient management of urban pipe network,and make users to treatment accident more timely.The research done by this paper can be applied in the field of urban pipe network safety analysis,it may have a certain practical value for network management and security analysis.
