Design And Application Of The Integrated Supervisory And Control System For Nanchang Railway Transportation

The integrated supervisory control system(ISCS)(the integrated supervisory control system for short)is an important part of the subway system,integrated with many metrosub system,and using the unified information platform for all equipment to conduct a comprehensive monitoring,realize the system of information sharing and effective linkagecontrol between each subsystem,thus ensuring safe and efficient operation of the subway system,providing information basement for metro operation management.Considering on the environment and equipment monitoring system(BAS)as the main research object,on the basis of summarizing the ISCS basic functions for ventilation and air conditioning system energy saving scheme is put forward.The main research content is as follows:First of all,based on the analysis of comprehensive monitoring system on the basis of functional requirements,concludes that the basic function of the integrated supervisory control system is general function,linkage control function,the integrated backup function.And overall architecture of comprehensive monitoring system is introduced,points out that the comprehensive monitoring system consists of a comprehensive system integration and intercon nection of multiple subsystems,is located in the center of the control center(OCC)system,ce ntral control network,the station system and a vehicle system and so on,and through the com munication backbone network station and central system of system,form the main transmissi on channel,will be the station monitoring system for central monitoring system,and car depot monitor system connection for an organic whole.At the same time,aimed at the existing technical problems in comprehensive monitoring system,puts forward a reasonable solution.Secondly,under the complicated appearance the integrated supervisory control system of professional function,its general function is the foundation of the system,the integrated subsystem function is the basic function of system.The paper will realize the basic function of the integrated supervisory control system through the typical function design of BAS system.The integrated supervisory control system integrated each site BAS through the network,to complete the BAS central monitoring function and station monitoring function.Ensure real-time and effectively monitor equipment operation state,detect each station environment parameters,and adjust the environmental comfort management work.Finally,on the basis of the integrated supervisory control system platform constructed,research energy management solutions from the distribution of energy consumption of the subway.from the ventilation and air conditioning systems of wind and water system of energy saving,energy saving scheme of wind and water system linkage control,so as to improv e the rationality and energy saving rate of the ventilation and air conditioning system energy saving control.
