As the important part of the energy-saving electromagnetic brake,the electromagnetic system whose structure design and the control system whose control method can directly affect the performance of the whole brake system.In this paper,the finite-element analysis method and the improved particle swarm algorithm was proposed to simulate and optimize the electromagnetic system in an energy-saving electromagnetic brake which starts with strong voltage and keeps with low voltage.In addition,based on the theory and control strategy about PWM rectifier and Buck circuit,the control system of energy-saving brake was designed in this paper.First of all,the static coupling simulation model of the electromagnetic system in electromagnetic field and temperature field were established by COMSOL Multiphysics,and the major parameters of the electromagnetic system were simulated and analyzed.Secondly,the optimization design of electromagnetic system in energy-saving brake which works in the keeping phase was realized by combined optimization with the COMSOL finite-element simulation and improved particle swarm optimization algorithm.Then the starting current and response time were optimized by simulating the dynamic starting phase with ANSOFT finite element software,in order to realize the optimization design of the energy-saving brake which has two working phase.Finally,the control system of energy-saving brake was designed according to the theory of PWM rectifier which is based on double closed loop control and Buck circuit which is based on PID feedback control.Then the control system of energy-saving brake respectively in the ideal and working conditions are simulated and analyzed.To shorten the development cycle of control algorithm,the research was focused on the implementation of hardware and software of the control system,and a single-phase locked loop algorithm was designed by means of synchronous reference frame.Then the code generation model was established by DSP C2812 function module in the SIMULINK library,and C code algorithm was automatically generated.
