Research And Development Of The Central Air-conditioning Energy Saving Control System In The Studio

Since the development of technology and automation, the costs of hardware have been reducing continuously, which makes the automation widely used in building intelligence. Nowadays, the central air-conditioning in building intelligence consumes a huge amount of power. Therefore, in order to maximize energy saving, it is vital to renovate the central air-conditioning system.This thesis mainly discusses the automation design of the central air-conditioning energy saving control system in Guangxi Television Studio. Based on configuration software technology, the system is developed with "King View 6.53", using the IPC, measuring transducers and converters as actuator, and actuator and data acquisition & output cards as the negative feedback control system. We can realize the constant supervision of automatic control system of central air-conditioning with the help of actuator and the negative feedback control system. This thesis mainly introduces the software design, hardware design and control strategy of energy saving control system of central air-conditioning in The GXTV Studio.The control circuit of the central air-conditioning energy saving control system in Guangxi Television Studio is able to respectively operates cooling tower water temperature, cooling water return temperature, chilled water return temperature and fan air temperature. By controlling the water temperature with the measure of changing the fan speed and circulating water flow rate, it is enable to automatically remote control the original air-conditioning system. Besides, in order to maximize the energy conservation and facility protection, the intelligent controls are added according to the need, such as switcher, timer switch, startup initial frequency, switch delay time, auto run increase or decrease pump ect.
