Study On Construction Mode Of The Digital Library Federation In Lanzhou

With the promotion of national digital library project vigorously implement,promote the construction of the digital library has achieved remarkable achievement in China,however,due to the imbalance of regional development,regional development of the digital library has a larger gap between the reality and the sharing of resources to meet a certain expectations,the open digital library is far from satisfying the current economic development and social environment.The public has not yet recognized the social and economic value of digital libraries.The development of Digital Libraries in western cities in China is rather backward.Universities,provincial and municipal Digital Libraries in the region are all fragmented in their own development process,and their synergistic effect is poor,which shows their economic and social value.The construction of Digital Library in Lanzhou,besides the generality of the construction of Digital Library in our country,also has its own defects and shortcomings.In this case,the promotion of Lanzhou digital library resource sharing based on the purpose,starting from the construction of digital library alliance perspective,take care of the alliance building process,and with the help of cloud computing theory,explore the mode of Lanzhou Digital Library Alliance construction.This paper takes the construction of Digital Library in Lanzhou and its alliance as the object of study.On the basis of investigation,the author analyzes the existing problems and gives advice for the construction of Lanzhou digital library alliance.In the course of the study,this paper firstly defines the concept of digital library,based on the alliance model,and relevant theories on the construction of Digital Library Alliance brief statement;secondly,in the premise of analysis of progress in the construction of the digital city of Lanzhou Regional Library Consortium in the,reveals the main problems in the development process,analyze the causes and problems of;Again,the author reflects to construction of Lanzhou Digital Library Alliance in problem oriented,carries on the brief introduction to the practice and experience of advanced forming alliance construction process of China's digital library,the dialysis for constructing the digital library in China experience and Enlightenment;finally,based on the experience of the construction of digital library at home and abroad.And put forward the Lanzhou Digital Library Alliance Construction Model and the implementation of the recommendations,the construction of Lanzhou Digital Library Alliance in more depth and forward-looking.
