As an analgesic method,analgesia pump is widely used in clinical medicine.With the development of medical monitoring technology,monitoring technology is applied to an analgesia pump,so that the analgesic pump can also relieve pain for patients while also playing The role of guardianship has become a trend.At the same time,with the rapid development of network technology,in addition to operating through the instrument side in the process of instrument control management,remote control and management instruments can also be realized through network communication,which can greatly reduce management costs and solve patients in time.Pain helps restore.It can be seen that multi-functional,networked monitoring and analgesic monitoring equipment has become a development direction of medical monitoring.Based on this background,this topic will study the control and management software of analgesia pump in terms of monitoring technology,infusion and analgesia technology and network technology.First of all,according to the related control management principles of the current analgesic monitoring equipment,the hardware and software platforms and the hardware working principle of the analgesic pump instrument are analyzed,and two control management requir ements of the management software are proposed.According to the needs of the theoretical methods of research and analysis,complete the program design and establish the entire software architecture,select a powerful Windows system as a software platform,from the instrument control management and client remote management to complete the software to achieve the main work content :(1)Completed to monitor the analgesic pump network management software functional requirements analysis and overall program design.The software flow is designed from two aspects: instrument control management and client remote management.Design the instrument human-computer interaction interface program,complete the instrument parameter system setting,realize the monitoring module data processing,analyze the blood pressure,blood oxygen,ECG,body temperature measurement algorithm,and complete the data processing method.(2)Complete the instrument infusion control program design,realize the infusion parameter setting,comp lete the real-time infusion status monitoring,use each sensor device to carry out the infusion abnormality detection,classify and treat the infusion abnormal data and make an alarm.(3)The design completes the message response mechanism of the handle,realizes the input data classification of the external handle of the instrument which can display the message and upload to client,and also can carry out an alarm or control the infusion function of the instrument to pause according to the message classification.(4)The service program completes the establishment of the instrument-side network communication service program,uploads the instrument data information to the client,and parses the client instruction message to control the instrument work.(5)Focusing on information entry and data management,the design and implementation of the interactive interface of the client management system are completed,and the information classification model is adopted to realize the entry and management of information.Using the TCP protocol to establish data connection with the instrument,to achieve remote control of the instrument and manage various types of instrument parameters.Based on the above analysis,this topic through the in-depth study of the physiological parameter data processing technology,infusion control technology and network communication technology,to achieve the instrument control management and client management,thus completing the development of network management software to monitor analgesic pump,realize the town Pain pump monitors smart infusion.
