| With China’s continuous improvement of information technology,the traditional industry is being combined with the Internet to achieve higher production efficiency.For the file management,the original paper-based archives cannot meet needs of the efficient management of archives informatization,and we must accelerate the process of archives management informatization.China’s various enterprises have also adjust the existing file management structure,and strive to promote the file information and improve management efficiency and finally enhance the core competitiveness of enterprise.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the domestic and foreign relevant research,the dissertation is combined with years of development has accumulated abundant archives and visits and seminars and other forms of research,has carried on the analysis to the a unit of an existing file management process,proposed the system functional requirements and nonfunctional requirements,clear the system need to achieve the goal,to design the system architecture,system function structure and system network topology,system security and system database.This system uses Java and follows MVC model.The front page uses HTML5 technology and the database is SQL Server 2008 R2.We use Eclipse to achieve the various functions of the system and use UML to complete the design and implement of the system.Finally,the system uses JUnit to test system functions.This system is put into operation,archives management personnel from the office restraint,to achieve safe and efficient file management,improve the efficiency of archives management,and achieved good application effect. |
