Design And Implementation Of Contract Management System Based On ASP.NET Technology

With the rapid development of modern information technology,especially the network technology,the management of enterprises and business units has changed greatly.Contract management is the basis of any business management,and directly affects the entire project operation and the ultimate goal,So it is necessary to create contract management system meeting business needs,so that enterprises can effectively manage contract information,What's more,for the sustained and rapid development of enterprises,it can provide an endless supply of power.On the basis of studying the requirement of enterprise contract management,this paper puts forward a contract management system based on ASP.NET technology.Through the needs research of enterprise staff and clients,it first makes a clear system of four functional requirements,which respectively are contract information management,customer information management,statistical analysis management and system information management.Then it uses the object-oriented analysis method to carry on the concrete function analysis and the use case description in the form of module,so the overall frame of system can be designed.Meanwhile,it describes its physical realization plan from the aspects of hardware and software.In addition to that,it makes a detailed explanation for the database and the procedures of system.Finally,it completes contract management system including contract drafting,contract execution,contract signing and contract termination.
