The Research And Implementation Of SCADA Maintenance Data Management System Based On .NET

Currently,the pipeline SCADA system maintenance work is mainly based on artificial;the annual maintenance workload is heavy and has low efficiency.Moreover,the data auditing couldn’t be properly implemented,there is no reliable information communication channels between units,and data inconsistencies often occur,data timeliness and accuracy can not be guaranteed,especially in summary stages,the manual entry and repetitive calculations,checking workload are heavy,all severely reducing the efficiency of maintenance work.In this paper,we took full account of crude security,efficient and orderly delivery,based on the intelligent use of computer generating,processing data,and on the basis of long-term work experience,developed the.NET-based SCADA maintenance data management system.The system uses Visual C#.NET language and ACCESS database to develop,the development process follows the fundamental principle of "convenient and practical,able to solve problems,meet customers’ needs",considering the database design and development,systems development theory,provided a "WYSIWYG" friendly interface,mainly implemented data entry,processing and query,reporting,rights management and data auditing.The successful development of SCADA data management data system,enables the users to entry data and process fast,accurate and real-time,the use of COM components and file stream can generat Word and Excel reports which can meet the requirements of fast and accurate,all of these work can accelerate data exchange rate between the grassroots and maintenance center,reducing missing or inconsistent data phenomenon in manual maintenance and testing process,ensure pipeline SCADA maintain to be safe,order,and efficient,greatly improving maintenance center effectiveness.
