The rapid development of the world economy has driven industrial progress and made modern industry more intelligent.At the same time,the automation of industrial field requirements increasing,transmission cable rounding is complicated,the wireless power supply system came into being.The wireless power supply technology simplifies the complex situation of the industrial field,solves the limitations caused by wire and power supply,and has great significance for the development of industry.The technology path of wireless power supply has become the hot spot in recent years.How to improve the transmission efficiency and transmission distance is the main problem of the research.However,improving the efficiency of power amplifier plays an important role in improving the whole wireless power supply system.The performance of the power amplifier largely determines the transmission efficiency of the wireless power supply system.In this paper,the power amplifier is studied to improve its transmission efficiency,and then the magnetic coupling resonance of the loop provides energy to the load.By analyzing the transmission efficiency,output power and linearity of the wireless power supply system,combined with the characteristics of all kinds of power amplifiers,the E class power amplifier is selected.The transmission efficiency can reach 100%theoretically,which is suitable for designing power amplifier module in wireless power supply.This paper introduces the principle,design and index of class E power amplifier,and uses MRF6V2300 N channel enhanced chip as the core of power amplifier module design;At the same time,the LC impedance matching is carried out by using the lumped parameter element and the transmission line theory and the S parameter.Then the impedance matching is adjusted through the Smith circle chart,so that the impedance matching is perfect.A DC bias circuit with good performance is designed to hinder the coupling of high-frequency AC signal and DC power supply.Meanwhile,a filter circuit and a stable circuit are designed.Finally,the schematic design of class E power amplifier is completed.Using the electromagnetic simulation software ADS to simulate the class E power amplifier schematic diagram,and then according to the simulation results to fine-tune the schematic diagram,harmonic balance simulation results from the class E power amplifier stability K>lwithin 27MHz-30MHz,transmission power added efficiency(PAE,Power Added Efficiency)reached 93%,the transmission power is more than 30W.Making hardware to improve its theoretical design and it can be concluded that in 27MHz-30MHz,PAE can reach up to 91.3%,and the transmission power can reach 40W,reaching 19dB gain.Its stability and linearity are good,and it is suitable for the wireless power supply system.Finally,the design of wireless power supply system is completed,which provides energy to 30cm load.The efficiency is up to 40%,which provides a reference for the development of the wireless power supply technology.
