With the advancement of technology,pneumatic technology has gradually become one of the most effective methods because it combined safe cleaning,low cost,high speed,and great effect.However,with the rapid development of wireless sensor network technology,dramatic changes has taken place in automated technology in industrial surroundings,therefore,pneumatic wireless power supply system appeared.Pneumatic wireless power supply system would be able to solve the problem caused by lead and power in the industrial situation,which played a great important role in protecting and maintaining pneumatic system conditions.Pneumatic wireless power supply system attached vital importance to power amplifier,to a great extent,whose function transmission efficiency,load ability and scope of application in pneumatic wireless power supply system depended on and was indispensable to complete wireless of pneumatic system.Magnetic coupling resonance is used as a technical method for pneumatic wireless power supply system,which is mainly designed for an ultra-wide band power amplifier.By analyzing the requirement of the output power,bandwidths and Linearity in the pneumatic wireless power supply system,wideband push-pull power amplifier type AB was used as a of power amplifier in this subject.According to the demand for how much was the input power and output power,there were two levels of this power amplifier.The theories,such as transmission lines theories,two port S parameters,Smith circle diagram of impedance matching and transmission-line transformer,and technology plans were applied to circuit design.Besides,the form combining lumped parameter element and Transmission line transformer was used as an impedance matching scheme.After confirming Reasonable DC bias circuit,negative feedback network,and corresponding filter circuit,the schematic design of ultra wide band power efficiency was completed.In this article,by taking advantage of ADS simulation software to stimulate circuit,its indexes in output power of the circuit,linearity,stability and gain were analyzed,meanwhile,its feasibility of the design was verified.On the other hand,by the end of the subject,the Design and fabrication of power amplifier of the ultra-wide band power amplifier had been accomplished,and each index had been systematically tested.First,more than 100 W could be output by output terminal with good linearity.Besides,it turned out that 2MHz-50 MHz was its bandwidths with more than 4 times the frequency range.Additionally,power-added efficiency could be up to 60%.In this article,more than 24 W wireless power supply within its transmission distance of 30 cm fixed end was finally fulfilled.And the Total efficiency of the system could be up to 31.91%,electro pneumatic proportional valves and smart mobile phones could also successfully power the wireless,which provides beneficial technology for the application of the wireless power supply to pneumatic system.
