With the popularity of Internet technology in various industries,most of the traditional industry technology are unable to meet today's rapidly changing business needs.Therefore,traditional industry technology should be reformed in order to be better applied to today's network society.And the “Internet+” model came into being under this background."Internet +" refers to the deep integration of Internet information technology,such as Internet of Things,mobile Internet,cloud computing and big data,in economy,production,society and life.Under the impetus of "Internet +" model,various industries began to change to the “Internet+” model associate with Internet technology,operation and maintenance industry is one of them.In order to get rid of the traditional operation and maintenance business model inefficient,long operation cycle and other issues,needs to combine the mobile Internet technology with operation and maintenance business so that the new “mobile Internet + operation and maintenance business” model will be formed because of the automatic mobile Internet and flexible terminal equipment.Workflow is a business model established in order to realize business process integration and operation automation.Through the process of business process division,definition,centralized management of the process,scheduling,improve the operational efficiency of business processes.Therefore,the application of workflow technology in the mobile Internet platform is increasingly receiving the industry's attention.In this dissertation,the workflow-related technology is introduced in the first part,including the basic concepts,WfMC workflow reference model and workflow management system.In addition,the mainstream open source workflow management system framework is introduced.Then,deeply analyzing the core part of workflow technology,the task allocation strategy,as well as respective characteristics of the existing workflow assignment strategies,and summarizing their application condition of the operation and maintenance under the mobile Internet platform.Furthermore,focusing the drawbacks and proposing the load balancing task allocation strategy based on the traffic load,which is the unique contribution of this dissertation.The experimental results show that the proposed strategy can be applied to the mobile Internet.In the second part of this dissertation,a workflow system which can adapt to the operation and maintenance business is designed according to the requirements of the real business.The core models,such as workflow execution service,data model and mobile client,the design is explained in detail.Finally,this dissertation implements the key modules in the system according to the design,including various data models,interactive interfaces,task assignment models and mobile clients.The core modules,such as workflow execution service,data model and mobile client,are described in detail.End function and so on.
