Design And Implementation Of The Operation And Maintenance Support Management System Of Broadcast And TV Network Based On Workflow

Net operations support management system not only the key to guarantee the quality of information system but also the improvement of the quality of information service.However,as the triple net development and business growing,amount of net has been constructed,net operations support management system has many problems such as lower operation and maintenance efficiency or higher cost.Adopt workflow technology to support the operation and maintenance process of radio and television network,and a process model validation method based on dependency analysis is proposed to achieve efficient control of network operation and maintenance business process.The project background of this paper is the integrated network management system of Sichuan province,to conduct the thorough research to the operation and maintenance support management system,and the design and implementation of this system are completed on this basis.This study is importance to improve the operation and maintenance efficiency of network operation and maintenance support management system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analysis and design main process modeling of the system including fault handing process,change process and configuration process through daily operation and maintenance requirements of the radio,film and TV net,and the design idea of each process is given as well as every input and output data of each activity.(2)A method of operation and maintenance process model validation based on dependency analysis is proposed.Based on the analysis of the process design,summarizes the process of dataflow and activity relationship,a dataflow analysis method and the abnormal dataflow specification has given,then derive the control model through activity dependency.Using this validation method can improve the operational efficiency of the process to the greatest extent,remove redundant processes,Avoid the occurrence of abnormal dataflow at the beginning of the process model validation method.Activiti5 workflow engine provides BPMN2.0 business process graphics modeling tools for process model validation which greatly improve the efficiency of workflow redefinition.(3)Finally,on the basis of the study design and implement of radio and TV net operations support management system based on workflow technology development and take the idea of the NGOSS,mainly to achieve the three functional modules,namely task management,process management and knowledge management.Effectively improve the market competitiveness,build up the standardization of operation and maintenancemanagement,greatly gain the operation efficiency of staff.There are 49 pictures,11 tables and 59 references.
