The Design And Development Of The Workflow Management System

Data service as a kind of telecom value-added service has been the telecommunication operator's one of important source of revenues.In recent years,along with the development of radio and television industry,the digital data service can get a share from the fierce market competition.The new special business management system,the workflow technology as core,choose one of the important management applications for the current industry management.At present,the new lines of business construction process has not yet been unified management,each new line will need to go through many construction,and the progress of the project is not compact.The new line of business for business customers,especially to the user demand,this paper combined with the characteristics of workflow technology,which is suitable for enterprise to use a new design new special business management system.The workflow management system realize the cooperation of different departments,greatly improve the processing speed of orders,standardize the workflow.This system is a management information system which can deal with the broadcast television business including data line business acceptance,maintenance,charging and customer relationship management.The system combines the actual business in ChinaUnicom branch and separates the business process from the business functions,allowing the customers to adjust the business processes to improve the efficiency of enterprise business processes Recombination.Our system can improve the radio and television enterprises' work efficiency and the competition ability by speeding up the enterprise's response to the rapid change of market demands.Our system is based on Asp.net platform and uses the B/S architecture.The Oracle relational database is chosen for the database manager system.The whole design of the data line manager system is guided by the modularization theory.This paper analyses the design of special business application,user management,billingmanagement,query statistics,work order management,job flow monitoring,and such on,and then describes them in details from the system function,flow chart and system implementation three aspects.At the end of the paper,a summary for the designing,development and application of the whole system is made,and some suggestions for further improvement are proposed.
