With the deepening of economic globalization and the arrangement of national industrial layout,the development of enterprises is also growing,and the complexity of the external environment has also increased.How to ensure that enterprises dominate the competitive environment,how to effectively integrate enterprise resources,how to better provide products and services to users,and how to use innovative ideas to enhance the value creativity of enterprises,all of which require today's enterprises Need to adapt to the changing external environment to meet unknown opportunities and challenges.In the enterprise information management process with constantly changing business requirements,the application of workflow technology to the current business process effectively realizes the rational use of related information and resources,efficiently completes the business goals of the enterprise,and promotes the business better Process reuse.The task of this paper is to develop a workflow management system that can perfectly connect with other office systems on the enterprise's office platform based on the current status of the company's business process management and the requirements for the construction and development of the enterprise's office platform.At this stage,the enterprise's requirements for informatization construction.The system is based on Java EE technology,and carries out the function modules of the three-tier structure design system in B/S mode.It is developed using JAVA language,the database is Oracle,and the development tool is My Eclipse.Workflow is a description of a set of rules and processes that manage information flow and business activities during collaborative work.In order to design and implement the workflow platform,this article first describes the background and significance of the research of the thesis,and introduces the related technologies involved in the design and implementation process.Then conduct a demand analysis for each module in the workflow management system,including functional requirements analysis and non-functional requirements analysis.The purpose of the workflow management system designed and developed in this paper is to define and operate the electronic workflow based on the actual business process in the software process management system,and let the process flow automatically in an intelligent way.After the task is completed,ensure that the workflow is delivered to the next task of the process on time.At the same time,in the process of task execution,the trace of manual manual operation process should be retained,and it is more important to ensure that the relevant data in the business process can be automatically updated.The system enables enterprises to easily customize workflows from simple to complex from all aspects of the business,and to achieve efficient business collaboration through this process.By integrating the workflow management system into the OnRoad software process management platform,the user's office efficiency is greatly provided,thereby significantly improving the system's scalability and flexibility.
