| Emergency management mainly refers to the protection of public safety and the social emergency situations,can prevent the loss caused by natural disasters,large and small accidents and the condition of the public security.It helps to realize the further improvement of early warning system,it can service to the community better,and it has great significance.This paper mainly combined with the existing emergency management information submitted to the system of the environment,through the study of domestic and international research status of a comprehensive search,to explore the bottleneck in this area,and a simple description.At the same time,this paper makes a structural analysis from the perspective of global demand,and analyzes and designs the specific functions and the overall framework.Emergency treatment of public emergencies situation to improve through without district difference,no department difference,which is to ensure that all departments have consistent target,system,promote the coordinated development of all sectors,to party was leading the information acquisition,facilitate unified management is the target of the system is designed in this paper.This can not only play all the members of the collective power to deal with the occurrence of unexpected events,the only way to ensure making the harm of emergencies and unexpected social impact of the events on the minimum and ensure the safety of the people’s lives and the healthy development of society.This paper discusses the emergency management system,including the design and implementation of the system,divided into 5 chapters.The first chapter includes the system design background,the domestic and foreign research present situation as well as the enlightenment.The second chapter is mainly on the data analysis of the system,the system of data demand and function module one by one to discuss.The third chapter is the design of emergency management system,the system analysis of the specific design concepts,framework,and the system function modules and database design are described in this paper.The fourth chapter is the implementation and testing of the system,taking the form of total score to achieve the system and the function of the system.The fifth chapter is the conclusion,which mainly makes a reflection on the writing of the thesis,and summarizes the system design. |
