At present,the frequent occurrence of high risk events and natural disasters in China's public security field causes heavy losses to people's lives and property.In the face of all kinds of emergencies and natural disasters,public security organs are always at the forefront of emergency response.It is especially important to lay a solid foundation for stability and emergency rescue and disaster relief and equipment supplies?Although the public security organs at all levels have reserved a large number of police equipment and emergency supplies,at present,the warehouse management in many places is still at the stage of semi-manual operation mode,and there is a lack of scientific and effective methods for procurement,reserve,allocation and distribution of equipment materials.Therefore,how to improve top-level design of public security materials management,improve efficiency,integrate resources and exert efficiency has become a problem that desperately needs to be solved.Based on the subject of national sci-tech support plan of the XX national science and technology institute of the ministry of public security,through analysis of the present situation,existing problems,objective demands and construction goals of the national public security emergency supplies management at present and Combining with the development of information technology,this paper proposes a design idea of emergency material intelligent management system based on Internet of Things technology.The application of TOGAF framework analyzes the architecture and scheme design of Emergency Material Internet of Things management system,including visual intelligent allocation and supervision,distribution management,Dynamic management and control of trajectory,intelligent management of emergency reserve library and data analysis and linkage to support two platforms,and the core emergency reserve intelligent management sub-system Detailed analysis of the system proposed solutions.Finally,the basic function modules in the system construction are designed in detail.The solution proposed in this paper to solve the emergency management of public security materials has been successfully applied in pilot projects and has achieved considerable results.
