| Along with the growing state emphasis upon product quality,products are required to ensure the quality to be able to meet necessary requirement;otherwise,it will face the survival issue.It is not so easy to evaluate the product quality very accurately,and requires a variety of data for the purpose of analysis and quantitative management on the product quality by means of data model,which is an essential part to run a business.The advent of information technology for management science provides companies with great opportunities to elevate the effectiveness of quality management.Setting the quality information management system on the stage of a company in order to standardizing the quality management process and evaluate the effectiveness of quality management is a irresistible trend in the long run.This thesis concentrates on the needs of the Quality Management Department of Xinxing Pipes for the quality information management system.After analyzing the status quo of the establishment of quality information management system among other state-owned companies and considering the requirement of the development of the company,the work developed a suitable quality information management,considering the ISO 9000 quality management system and the situation of the ductile iron pipe industry.The main work of this thesis is listed as followed:(1)On the basis of analyzing the current situation of the company’s quality management,the existing problems and the direction of improvement were found out.Combining the requirement of ISO9000 quality management system,the company’s quality management structure and process were sorted out,according to the needs of the development of functional modules for the system to develop a feasible theoretical and logical model.(2)By using the company’s existing cyber-resource,the system adopted B/S mode,used ASP technology as the primary server program for the development of quality information management system and operation environment,and established a mutual exchange and dynamic web server program.(3)The server adopted IIS(Internet Information Server)to provide network information service.IIS uses hypertext transfer protocol(HTTP)transmission of information,and the information was loaded into the server,for the dissemination of information and resource sharing.(4)The system uses Microsoft SQL Server database as the data storage platform.In the stage of data,design,the system firstly needs to synthesize,summarize and abstract;then set the business entity as the protagonist,set the data as a link;the ultimate purpose is to link the logical relationship between the company entity and data,and establish the E-R model.Finally,the development tool was used to reflect the whole logical relationship,and make the database meet the functional requirements,.(5)Initially set up a set of quality information management system,which basically meets the requirements of the company’s quality information management automation system.By means of the quality-management-informationization project to promote the effectiveness of the company’s quality management,optimizing business processes,improving management efficiency,reducing management costs,and helping company to achieve rapid operation and communication for the quality management based on information automation.It will provide a strong foundation for the company for further development and better quality management during the period of "13th Five-Year". |
