Study And Development Of The Power Plant Spare Part Intelligent Management System

To store spare parts used for power plant equipment maintenance reasonably is one of the basic conditions for continuous production of power plant.According to practical situation in power plant,a thorough and general study on spare parts management is made in this paper.On the basis of spare parts classification and decision making for storage ration studied in the paper,a spare parts management system composed of information management model,inventory management model,planning management model, compact management model,integrated query model,statistics report forms model and decision support model is built,and the work flow chart is presented based on the introduction of the system structure and function.At last,the system is designed and realized by UCML software development platform.
