In recent years,laser warning detection technology has been widely applied to aviation,aerospace,navigation and other military fields,especially the satellite borne laser warning has received special attention from all countries.In order to cope with the threat of the incoming laser,many countries have devoted a lot of human research to the detection and warning technology of laser.Therefore,the study of laser detection has an important practical significance for today's society.How to accurately locate the incident laser's azimuth,pitch angle and wavelength information is the core content of laser detection.This paper focuses on 2D grating diffraction laser detection and alarm technology,and makes in-depth research on how to acquire the characteristic information of incoming laser.Firstly,the principle of laser warning detection is introduced in detail.In the case of the known focal length of the lens group,the special information of the azimuth,pitch angle and wavelength of the laser is determined by judging the zero and first spectral position of the spot of the spot on the image of the near infrared focal plane.The near-infrared focal plane array detector uses FPA-320?256 type InGaAs detector as the optical detector of the laser warning device,and its detection wavelength range is 900nm-1700 nm.The FPGA driver controls the detector,and the output data is processed by the USB2.0 transmission on the VC++ host computer.In hardware part,the driving circuit of near-infrared detector and the interface circuit of USB2.0 are designed.In the software part,the FPGA driver control program,the USB2.0 firmware program and the driver are written,and the data is received and retrieved by the VC++ host computer.Finally,in the experiment,the laser grating diffraction imaging verification analysis under the background light interference is carried out.The laser receives and processes the data from different azimuth angles,uses the VC++ host computer to receive and process the data.The azimuth and wavelength of the attack laser are calculated according to the intensity of the light spot,and the results show that the determination of the incoming laser is feasible.
